THE PLACE :sand , desert…..
It is a desolate desert where there is no sign of anyone living there. Huge sand dunes can be seen all around.
THE STATUE : broken, face is…
The statue lies broken. Only two trunkless legs are there. The upper part of the Statue lies half buried in sand. The face is badly damaged.
THE RULER MUST HAVE BEEN very cruel. There is no smile on his face. It is full of wrinkles and frowns. He must have been a very proud ruler.
THE PEOPLE were not happy with him. They feared him and had no love for him

In the given picture this is from the poem of 'Ozymandias' in which the statue of King was deteriorated and a traveller from antique land (Ancient land) came and visit the place where the statue was standing but its all part was broken down into piece only the two of legs was standing position. In the poem it is said that ' Nothing remains on this Earth' .
In this poem the King Ozymandias was unconquerable and undefeatable. He was Victorious. But after the time came when his whole Rule came down. Only his to legs were standing in the Sandy areas. This also says that He was a cruel king.
