1)

$The\ net\ force\ acting\ on \ the\ body = F_2 - F_1$

⇒  $30\ N - 20\ N = 10\ N\ towards\ the\ left$

2) As the force acting on the object is greater in the left direction, it will move towards the left direction.

3) We know that,

$Net\ Force = Mass\times acceleration$

⇒ $10 \ N = 10 \times a$

⇒ $a = \frac{10}{10} = 1\ m/s^{2}$
