a) we see Paris is in GMT +1 timezone and India is in GMT +5.5 timezone
So there will be difference of 4.5 hours when you travel from Delhi to Paris
Paris will be 4.5 hours behind IST

b) Tokyo is in GMT+9 time zone and India is in GMT +5.5 timezone So there will be difference of 3.5 hours when you travel from Delhi to Tokyo
Tokyo will be 3.5 hours ahead IST
