Answer:

  1.                             ASSESSING THE NEWSPAPER

The esteemed Newspaper The Times Of India on 25th march 2020 featured an article about the rising death rate due to covid. It is no secret that people are still not cautious about the dangerous virus and are not maintaining any protocol. The article talks about the issues the hospitals are facing. Every hospital is overcrowded and the medical workers are working overtime to facilitate everyone. My uncle is a doctor and I have not seen him in weeks. Uncle and his colleagues are staying at the hospital quarters as they are not getting any time to rest at all. Many people are still out for fun. People have not yet seriously realized the depth of the situation. Hence, the virus is spreading like wildfire. It therefore can be concluded that the article about rising death rates is completely true.

2.                         ASSESSING INFORMATIONAL VIDEO

The information video on Covid-19 was issued by the government to raise the awareness of the public country-wide. The video started by describing the virus and the symptoms if are infected by the virus. After that, the protocols each one of us should follow were told. Social distancing is not a choice but a rule if we want to lead a healthy life. With the rising of covid cases, it is impossible to control it if we are not cautious enough. The video talks about the importance of sanitization and masks. The video is merely an example of do's and don't. They are pretty accurate but the implementation of such rules is not up to the mark. But if we concentrate on the video alone, it is relevant and accurate.
