I’m no biologist but l try to give you an answer. In the wild nature every animal’s life depends on food and water. As there are seasons, the support of these essentials is variable.

lf you look close herbivor animals usually get youngs in the springtimr when fresh green food is plentyfull.

lf you look at carnivor animals, they get their kids when much animals to be hunted are available.

If there isn’t enough prey, many carbivors die from starvation.
