Biodiversity boosts ecosystem productivity where is species, no matter how small all have an important role to play for example a large number of plants species means a great variety of crops. Greater species diversity ensures natural sustainability for all life forms.

So if there is a loss of biodiversity all will die.

Biodiversity refers to the variety of various life forms like plants and animals and microorganisms in an area. Plants and animals depend on each other. This means that the destruction of either of the two, will effect the other hence we need to conserve biodiversity to maintain the balance of nature.
