1.) Mahmud Gawan. Because for his contributions which included extending the boundaries of the Bahmani Kingdom and capturing ports like Goa. He was also a capable Administrator and a patron of learning.

2.) The Siddi, also known as Sidi, Siddhi, Sheedi, Sawahilior Habshi, are an ethnic group inhabiting India and Pakistan. Members are descended from the Bantu peoples of the East African region. Some were merchants, sailors, indentured servants, slaves and mercenaries.
