Lpg can be lit with using gas lighter wood can not be lit using a gas lighter why is it so

Answer: Hey!!
Wood ,even though is a very common fuel does not produce much heat on burning and a lot of smoke is given out when they are burnt.
But LPG instaed is an excellent fuel having a low ignition temperature.
Hence LPG can be lit with a gas lighter while wood having low ignition temperature cannot. Beside another advantage of LPG is that it does not leave any smoke on burning hence not causing much harm to the environment.
