angle A and Angle C are opposite angles and in parallelogram opposite angles should be equal....so it not a parallelogram

No ,ABCD is not a llgm as if we draw the fig the line AB and CD doesn't obtain parallel and if the line is not parallel then the quadrilateral isn't a llgm.
And also opposite angles are not equal.
