4a ^{2} = 216 \\  {a}^{2}   = 54 \\ a =  \sqrt{54 }  \\  \:  \:  \:  \: = 3 \sqrt{6}  \\ thus \: tsa = 6 {a}^{2}  \\ so  \: 6 {a}^{2}  = 6(3 \sqrt{6})^{2}  \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  = 6(54) \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  = 324 \: cm^{2}
