given CE is parallel to AB.
so since angle ABC and and angle ECD are corresponding angles...
they are equal..
So angle ABC is 40 i.e <B = 40 °
in a triangle sum of angles is 180°.
so <A + <B + <ACB = 180
i.e 75 + 40 + <ACB =180.
<ACB = 65°.
hence 40° ,75°,65° are all angles in triangle
