I am sorry but finding current and equivalent resistance would not be possible without any given values. so, I will just inform which resistances are in parallel and which in series:

1. R3 is parallel to the combination of R1 and R2, that are in series.

2. The above combination, R4 and R5 are in series.

If all resistances are equal = R, then equivalent resistance

= (R1 + R2)R3/R1 + R2 + R3     + R4 + R5

= 2R^2/3R     + 2R

= 2R/3     + 2R

= 2R + 6R/3

= 8R/3

= 2.66R
