Sorry to say this forgive me but no one can understand
1)when milk is left open at room temperature during summer it convert into a curd due to the increase in the number of bacteria in the milk
as bacteria require a moderate temperature for their survival due to extreme cold and extreme hot it will die that is why we used to hot the milk or kept it in a refrigerator
