1) The right to equality provides for the equal treatment of everyone before the law

2)Right against Exploitation in our Constitution states that no child below the age of 14 years shall be employed to work in any factory or mines or any other hazardous employment

3) Everyone has the right to freedom religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief, in worship, teaching practice and observance.

4)the right to constitutional remedies provides legal remedies for the protection of rights against their violation by the state or other institutions or individuals. It gives the citizens of India the power to move to supreme courts or high courts for the enforcement of these rights.
