luggage is man's property therefore the whole responsibility of the luggage is of man only because in public area there are watchman is police and other helpers but there are public is in big amount than them so we can't help everyone to take care of the luggage so Men should take all the responsibility of his luggage and caring so therefore luggage is men's responsibility...
