Lungs and size of heart of a person living on plain is smaller as compared to those living
on hills. Why?

Answer:

The oxygen levels in air are less in the hilly regions as compared to that of the plains. Due to this condition, the heart needs to supply more blood and the lungs need to have the capacity to contain more air and more oxygen. Hence the difference in the sizes of the lungs and heart
