Lutkins as Bill Magnuson, the hack driver openly takes the lawyer all over the village but no one in the village lets out the secret as Lutkins always entered first in the shops and asked the lawyer to wait while he inquired about Olliver Lutkins from the village folk who soon realized what was up and took part in making a fool out of the lawyer, a city man. Bill manipulated the tour by suggesting the lawyer to get lunch from his house so that nobody would spot Lutkins and let the cat out of the bag.
