Answer:

Blood is a fluid substance present in our body which is commonly known as the liquid connective tissue. It has many components such as RBC, WBC, platelets and Plasma.

Blood has RBC which contains a pigment called Haemoglobin. This pigment causes the red colour in some cells due to which they have a component RBC. In Blood, most of the content is full of RBC and hence Blood appears to be red.

Lymph is a tissue fluid which is free from all ions and are excess of cellular fluid. They lack all the cells of blood and only contain Plasma in them. Due to lack of Haemoglobin content in their blood, they are not red in colour and are hence colourless or yellowish white in colour.
