Lyophilic sols are more stable den lyophobic sols. Why???

Lyophilic sols are relatively stable as strong forces of interaction exist between colloidal particles and liquid.
While lyophobic sols are less stable as weak forces of interaction exist between colloidal particles and liquid.

Attraction between dispersed phase and dispersed medium in one colloid and due to this lyophillic  is more stable
