Answer:

488 m

Step-by-step explanation:

He runs 100 m on flat  path

After that he takes a left where there is a grass garden he walks there for 200 m

He takes right and goes straight 100 m

He reaches a circular fountain of  diameter 28 m, then he takes 1 complete round of this fountain.

Perimeter of circular path = 2 \pi r = 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times \frac{28}{2} = 88 m

So, distance traveled in 1 round = 88 m

Total distance traveled = 100+200+100+88=488m

Hence He traveled 488 m

Answer:

He travelled 488m

Step-by-step explanation:

He runs 100 m on flat  path

After that he takes a left where there is a grass garden he walks there for 200 m

He takes right and goes straight 100 m

He reaches a circular fountain of  diameter 28 m, then he takes 1 complete round of this fountain.

Perimeter of circular path = 2πr=2*\frac{22}{7} *\frac{28}{2}=88m

So, distance traveled in 1 round = 88 m

Total distance traveled = 100+200+100+88=488m

Hence He traveled 488 m
