Explanation:

 \frac{m - 1}{2}  -  \frac{(m - 2)}{3}  = 5

L.C.M of 2 and 3 is 6

 \frac{3(m - 1) - 2(m - 2)}{6}  = 5

 =  >  \frac{3m - 3 - 2m  +  4}{6}  = 5

 =  >  \frac{m + 1}{6}  = 5

 =  > m + 1 = 30

 \bold{\red{=  > m = 29}}

Check:-

 \frac{m - 1}{2}  -  \frac{m - 2}{3}  = 5

 =  >  \frac{29 - 1}{2}  -  \frac{29 - 2}{3}  = 5

 =  >  \frac{28}{2}  -  \frac{27}{3} = 5

 \bold{=  > 14 - 9 = 5}
