Answer : 17+12√2

Rationalize first of all!!

m=1/(3-√8)=3+√8

n=1/(3+√8)=3-√8

m/n=(3+√8)/(3-√8)

I will solve it easier(to rationalize, don't use 2√2)

=(3+√8)/(3-√8)

=(3+√8)^2/1

=(3+√8)^2

=9+6√8+8

=17+6√8

=17+12√2

CONCLUSION

17+12√2 is the answer.
