Answer:

If m + 1/m = 4, what is m^3+1/m^3?

m + 1/m = 4, or

m^2–4m+1 = 0

m1 = [4+(16–4)^0.5]/2

= [4+12^0.5]/2 = 3.7320550808

m1^3 = 51.98076211 and 1/m1^3 = 0.019237886

So m1^3+1/m1^3 = 51.98076211 +0.019237886= 52.

m2 = [4-(16–4)^0.5]/2

= [4-12^0.5]/2 = 0.267949192

m2^3 = 0.019237886 and 1/m2^3 = 51.98076211

So m2^3+1/m2^3 = 0.019237886 + 51.98076211 = 52.please marky answer as brain list and. I need it
