m-1/m = 5
(m-1/m)² = m²+1/m²-2
5²=m²+1/m²-2
25+2 = m²+1/m²
27 = m²+1/m²

(m+1/m)² = m²+1/m²+2
(m+1/m)²= 27+2
m+1/m = √29

m²-1/m² = (m-1/m)(m+1/m)
=> 5(√29) => 5√29
u got ur answer friend
hope this helps
