y-y1=m(x-x1)

y-(-1/2)=-3/2(x-1/2)

y+1/2=-(3/2)x+3/4

(2y+1)/2=(-6x+3)/4

2y+1=(-6x+3)/2

2(2y+1)=-6x+3

4y+2=-6x+3

4y+6x=1
