no. this is the same equation only need to rearrange.

m = 4x - 3y + 2

n = -3y + 4x + 2

= 4x - 3y + 2

m = n

d/dx=-3

partially differentiating(N) wrt x

d/dx=4

No it is not Exact Differential equation.
