Given :- m-8 = -(10-5m) solve the following linear equation by systematic method ?

Solution :-

→ m - 8 = -(10 - 5m)

→ m - 8 = 5m - 10

now, using systematic method for addition , adding 8 on both sides,

→ m - 8 + 8 = 5m - 10 + 8

→ m = 5m - 2

now, using systematic method for subtraction , subtracting 5m on both sides,

→ m - 5m = 5m - 5m - 2

→ (-4m) = (-2)

again, using systematic method for division , dividing (-4) on both sides,

→ m = (-2/-4)

→ m = (1/2) (Ans.)
