∴Areaof△BEC= area of parallelogram ABCD

But AB=DC ( opposite side of parallelogram ABCD)
∴NB=MC , also NB∥MC
∴NBCM is a parallelogram
∴area∥gmNBCM= (∥gmABCD)=area△BEC
∴△BEC is equal in area with BNMC
