I think angle PQB=130°

angle PQA=50°

Solution:

angle PRQ=angle PQB{According to the theorem the angle between a tangent and a chord through the point of contact is equal to an angle in the alternate segment}

angle PQB=130°

angle PQB+angle PQA=180°{linear pair}

angle PQA=180°-130°

angle PQA=50°
