according to me......
let m = 30q/100 = 3q/10
     q = 20p/100 = p/5
     n = 50p/100 = p/2
m = 30q/100      since q = p/5
    = (30 x p/5) / 100
    = (30 x 5) / (100 x p)
    =  3/2p
n = p/2 
now   m/n  =  (3/2p) / (p/2) 
                 =   (3/2p)(2/p)
                 =   (3/p^2)
