m/s Heera Associated let out ₹ 4,00,000 for one year at 16% per annum and compound annually. How much they could earn if the interest is compounded half -yearly?

a=p(1+r/200)^2n
a=400000(1+16/200)^2
a=400000(216/200)^2
a=(400000*216*216)/(200*200)
a=10*216*216
a=466560
hence ci= 66560
