no proper vision and direction to follow. The Directors have decided to replace the
current leader who shows less concern for people as well as profit. They appoint you
as a consultant to guide them on the various types of leader and suggest them one type
of leader that will be suitable for this organization with reasons.

In the above case,the company M/S Subodh Enterprises has been suffereing losses from[ast five years.The leader has no proper vision and no concern for people.The company needs a leader who can give them a proper guidence and motivate the employees to perform better.He must also follow the company goals.There are various kinds of leadership goals these are as under:-

1)Autocratic leader-These kinds of leaders consider themselves as a superior person.They do not consult others in decision making,they only need to dominate others.In this case Autocraic leader is not needed.

2)Democratic Leader- These kinds of leaders take care of employees and motivate them a lot.These leaders are just opposite of Autocratic leaders because these leaders consult others before decision making.

3)Strategic Leader-These leaders act as per the situation.They apply different strategies as per the situation.They are neither too autocratic nor too democratic.

4)Transformational leader-These kinds of leaders try to make changes by inspiring employees  to perform better.

5)Laizeez faire-Laizez faire are those kind of leaders who like to let things happen on their own.They do not initiate any kind of policies for the employees.

6)Visionery leaders-These kinds of leaders are those leaders are those leaders are those leaders who always have a vision for improving the situation of the business.

According to me in this case a Strategic,visionery and transformational leader are needed who can help the company to improve its performance.
