first we have to find two numbers

which on adding will give 16

and on multiplying will give 63


those two numbers are 9 and 7


so now we can re write it as


m² + 9m + 7m + 63

now group these like this

(m² + 9m) +( 7m + 63)

from (m² + 9m) take m common then

=>m(m+9)

from (7m + 63) take 7 common then

=> 7(m+9)

so we get a equation like this

=>m(m+9) + 7(m+9)

in these we can see that "m + 9" can be taken common

by doing that you will get


=> (m+7)(m+9)
