m² - 5m + 3 = 0 using complete the square method, we use following steps:
Step 1: Move the constant term form left side to right side.
m² - 5m = -3
Step 2: Take the half coefficient of m (that is -5/2), square of -5/2 is 25/4
add both the side 25/4
m² - 5m + 25/4 = -3 + 25/4
Step 3: Change the left side in perfect square
= 13/4
Step 4: Take square root of both the side
(m-5/2) = + or - √(13/4)
m = (√13 + 5)/2
m = (-√13 + 5)/2
