The magnetic compass is use to locate the north, south, east and west. As in our earth, there is a magnet which is located in our environment which is invisible and here there is also 4 poles as east, west, north and south so it move very thin and less magnetic components in the material.so the compass neddle is move to N. S. E. W. By the help of deposits magnet in our environment. The environment magnet can't stick the iron like materials but it move them to the poles.
