• Kidneys are the organs belonging from excretory system that are shaped like two beans.
• They are placed just rib cage and on the each side of our spine.

FUNCTIONS OF HUMAN KIDNEY :-

• They're useful in eleminating the wate products and additional fluid from the body.
• These unwanted products and excess fluid are then excreted out of the body through passage of urine.
• Kidneys are also involved in the production of necessary harmones which are vital for our body.
• Kidneys plays a significant role in getting rid of poisonous toxins.

• When your kidneys are in bad conditions , then the urine passed out of the body would be of purple , red or brown colour.
• Urine passed out of the body is composed of water , electrolytes such as phosphorus and potassium , chemicals ( called urea ) and salts.
• Apples and blueberries should be eaten in order to keep our kidneys healthy and in good conditions.
