in one shift B can complete the job = 30 days
in 1 day A work ,working 1 shift = 1/24
in 1 day B work ,working one shift = 1/30
total work done by both in 1 day =( 1/24 )+ (1/30) = 54/720 = 3/40
work can be completed in = 40/3 days
in one shift B can complete the job = 30 days
