micro economics means that subject matter of economics that deals with the economic issue of individual consumer , producer , or market basically in easy language we can say it deals with individual units in an economy
while in case of macroeconomics it deals with issues regarding economy as a whole
here we see the impact of every decision on whole economy
both the subject matter of economics deals with aggregates and we keep one constant while studying the other
hope this would help you

hi,
Macroeconomics is a branch of economics dealing with the performance, structure, behavior, and decision-making of an economy as a whole. This includes regional, national, and global economies.
Microeconomics (from Greek prefix mikro- meaning "small" + economics) is a branch of economics that studies the behaviour of individuals and firms in making decisions regarding the allocation of scarce resources and the interactions among these individuals and firms.
