Maddie didn't ask peggy to stop teasing Wanda because peggy was teh most popular girl in the school. She was a nice girl but when it came to Wanda she behaved differently, otherwise, she help everyone in trouble. Through she wants peggy to stop Wanda, she didn't ask her to do so as she was afraid of being the next target of such taunts and teasing.
