I would use Median measure.

  • The median tells us the middle value of the data when it is either arranged in ascending order or descending order.
  • So when we'll find out the middle value, if Madhav's land size is lower than the middle value, then we can conclude that the size of land owned by Madhav is smaller than the land of half of the farmer's.
  • If it's greater then we can conclude that his land is above the size of what half of the farmers own.
