Madhavi eats only biryani and chicken daily. Do you think it is balanced diet? Why? If not , write a few suggestions to make her diet a balanced diet.

Answer:no, because if we eat one thing/item daily we can't get the balance diet as we want

She have to eat protiens food also such as dals

Calcium food paneer,curd

No, it is not a balanced diet because balanced diet mean that the nutrients are balanced and our body is fit but in this case she only eats Biryani and Chicken, so there will be increase in some nutrient very highly but all other nutrients will not increase. Therefore it is not termed as a Balanced diet. This may also leads to increase in more fats in her body.
