madhu flower garden is now square if she enlarges it by increasing width 1 m and length 3 m the area will be 19sq m more than the present area . what is the length of a side now?

If u consider the original side to be x then the increased area will be (3*(x+1))+( 1*x) which is equal to 19 sqm. Solving the equation gives you x =4 m Therefore the side is 4 m
