Given :  Madison has only marked the degree measure on the arcs of the outermost ring of the garden.

To find : Determine the angle measure for the arcs and arc length  on the inner and middle rings of the garden

Solution:

Angle measure for the corresponding arcs on the inner and middle rings will be same as outer Ring

Outer ring  angles Measure  of arc   40°    50°    60°    90°     120°

Inner ring angles Measure of arc      40°    50°    60°    90°     120°

Middle ring angles Measure of arc   40°    50°    60°    90°     120°

Arc Length  = (arc Angle / 360°) * 2π r

                                           40°                 60°            90°                120°

Outer ring  arc lengths  = 30 * (2π /9)   30 * ( π /3)   30 * ( π /2)    30 * (2π /3)

Inner ring  arc lengths  =  10 * (2π /9)    10 * ( π /3)    10 * ( π /2)     10 * (2π /3)

Middle ring  arc lengths = 20 * (2π /9)   20 * ( π /3)   20 * ( π /2)    20 * (2π /3)
