Total chocolates=20
Reward for per chocolate deliver =10
Fine per chocolate eat=15

If she eats 5 chocolate then
Remaining chocolate =20-5=15

Reward for her delivery =15*10=150

She would give fine=5*15=75

Then she will receive money=150-75=75₹

Money received by her from her cousin is 75.

Given:

Chocolates containing in the box = 20

Chocolates eaten by her on way = 5

Reward for the each chocolates delivered by her = 10

Fine for the each chocolate eaten by her on the way = 15

To find:

Money received by her from her cousin.

Answer:

Chocolates delivered by her = Total chocolates in the box - chocolates eaten by her on the way

= 20 - 5

Chocolates delivered by her = 15

Money\quad received=\left( 10\times chocolates\quad delivered \right) -\left( 15\times chocolate\quad eaten\quad on\quad her\quad way \right)

=(10\quad \times \quad 15)\quad -\quad (15\quad \times \quad 5)

= 150 - 75

Money received by her from her cousin = 75
