If what you want is a 3T water cooled copper solenoid, I would suggest you have it made by a company that has experience with this. The mechanical forces will be strong and you need reliable welds on your high pressure water cooling system. I have seen what happens when those break... and let's just say that having a foot of water standing in your lab within a few minutes is not pretty
