Solution:

We know the expression of the induced emf in the coil is

\varepsilon = \dfrac{d\phi_{B} }{dt} \\\\\varepsilon = \dfrac{0.04}{0.2}\\\\\varepsilon = 0.02 Volts

So, the induced emf is 0.02Volts
