Given that,

No of turns of a coil is 20

Initial magnetic flux was 0 and it reduced to 0.3 Wb in one second.

To find,

The induced e.m.f. between the terminal of coil.

Solution,

Induced emf is equal to the rate of change of flux in the coil.

\epsilon=\dfrac{-Nd\phi}{dt}\\\\\epsilon=\dfrac{-20\times (0.3-0)}{1}\\\\\epsilon=-6\ V

So, the magnitude of induced e.m.f. between the terminal of coil is 6 volts.
