Magnification = -image distance / object distance

-1= -v/u

1=v/u

Here in this image the object distance is equal to image distance and is a real image

Magnification= height of the object/height of the image

-1 = ho/hi

Here the image is inverted and equal to he size of the object as we have got the magnification as -1

So it is a concave mirror and the object is placed at C (centre of curvature)

as the magnification is -1 that means it is in negative 
The mirror is concave mirror

NATURE
The image is real and inverted 

POSITION
The minus sign here shows that the image is behind the mirror and in concave mirror the object is always placed behind the mirror
