Magnitude means size then how displacement has size

Magnitude in physics doesn't mean size. Magnitude in physics is the numerical value of the unit.

For example,
Displacement has both magnitude and direction . That means if the value of displacement comes 30km towards east.
Here 30km is the magnitude of displacement and Towards east is the direction of displacement.
