Answer:

Ambedkar on 20 March 1927

Explanation:

Mahad Satyagraha or Chavdar Tale Satyagraha was a satyagraha led byB.R. Ambedkar on 20 March 1927 to allow rejects to use water in a public tank in Mahad( presently in Raigad quarter), Maharashtra, India. The day( 20 March) is observed as Social commission day in India.

By the Indian estate system rejects( Dalits) were insulated from the other Hindu gentries. They were banned from using water bodies and roads that were used by other Hindu gentries. In August 1923, the Bombay Legislative Council passed a resolution that people from the depressed classes should be allowed to use places that were erected and maintained by the government. In January 1924, Mahad which was part of the Bombay Province passed the resolution in its external council to apply the act. But it failed to apply because of the kick from the savarna Hindus.
